Meet the Senior Management

Bob Watson, Chief Executive Officer & President

Bob has been with Keys Federal Credit Union since 2008, having been in the financial services industry since 1993. He is a Broker/Dealer Registered Representative, and a SEC Registered Investment Advisor with an MBA in Finance. Before joining the financial services industry, Bob compiled an impressive record serving his country as a Special Forces officer in the Army and as a Tactical Intelligence Program Manager for the Joint Interagency Task Force here in Key West. He is committed to providing Credit Union members with an outstanding level of service and competitive rates on all savings and loan accounts. He and his wife have lived in Key West since 2002.

Julie Cuneo, Chief Operating Officer

A native of Key West, Julie has been serving the members of Keys Federal for 25 years. She worked in numerous leadership roles in the credit union before being promoted to her current position in 1995. Julie received the Credit Union Executive Society’s (CUES) Certified Chief Executive (CCE) designation, CUES Rising 100 Award, Community Foundation’s Unsung Hero Award and Key West chamber of Commerce’s Piece of the Rock Award. Julie is active in the community, having been involved with Key West Rotary Club, American Cancer Society, Key West Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Monroe County, Take Stock in Children and American Heart Association’s Big Brothers/Big Sisters.

Scott Duszynski, Chief Financial Officer

Originally from the Chicagoland area, Scott has lived in Key West for the past 14 years and has been with the Credit Union for the same amount of time. He has extensive experience throughout the credit union having managed the Accounting, Marketing and I.T. departments before becoming Chief Financial Officer. He is also active in the community. His involvement includes Sunrise Rotary of Conch Republic, American Red Cross, and AIDS Help.

Marianne Magner, Assistant Vice President of Human Resources

Marianne has overall HR Generalist responsibility for the Credit Union. Her 11 years with the organization include 9 years of experience as a HR Generalist, including recruiting, compensation and benefit administration, as well as time in the organization as AVP of Marketing and the Executive Assistant to the CEO. Marianne is also active in the community, serving as President of Key West Toastmasters.

Sue Fowler, Security & Regulatory Compliance Officer

Prior to joining Keys Federal Credit Union in 2006, Sue was a Vice President with Citibank in NY. Her 18 years of experience there include commercial lending, compliance and residential mortgage underwriting. Sue is a NAFCU Certified Compliance Officer, a graduate of the Key West Ambassadors Academy and an avid scuba diver.

Renee Travis, Marketing Director

Renee directs the Credit Union’s marketing efforts. With a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Anderson University, she is well-equipped to handle the many facets involved in the marketing world. Fairly new to the Keys, she volunteers as a singer for Vineyard Community Church in Big Pine Key, and has been involved with Junior League of the Palm Beaches, Make-A-Wish foundation and American Cancer Society.
