members’ privacy. We diligently protect all information about our
members and the business that you conduct with Keys Federal Credit
Union.
To assure the continued privacy and confidentiality of your personal
information, Keys Federal Credit Union observes these practices and

Information We Collect:
We collect nonpublic information about you from some or all of the

such as your name, address, social security number, assets and

others such as your account balance, payment history, parties to

We may disclose all of the information we collect as described above
to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to
other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing
agreements. We may also disclose information about you under other
circumstances as permitted by law.

by law to give you the right to opt out of information sharing with
the businesses described in the paragraph above, other than what is
permitted by law. If you prefer that we not disclose your personal
information to these types of businesses, you may exercise your

quickly as possible.
Our Security Measures:
We restrict access to nonpublic information about you to those
employees who need to know that information to provide products and
services to you. Employees are required to keep this information
confidential. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural
safeguards that comply with Federal regulations to guard your
nonpublic personal information. Unauthorized attempts to access or
change information are strictly prohibited and punishable under
Federal law.
What Members Can Do to Help
You can also help safeguard your personal information by taking a
few simple precautions:

Protect your account numbers, card numbers, PINs (personal
identification numbers) and passwords. Never keep your PIN with
your debit or credit card, which can provide free access to your
accounts.

Never disclose confidential information such as account numbers,
social security numbers, etc. to unknown callers.
